These terms cover oppsrp.com and the OppsRP FiveM game server ("the service"). By making an account or connecting to the server you accept them.
The community rules apply everywhere — forum, game server and Discord. In short: no harassment, no hate speech, no threats, no sexual content involving minors, no doxxing, no cheating, and no attempts to break or exploit the service. The full rules are at /rules and form part of these terms.
You keep ownership of what you write. You give us permission to store and display it on the site so the forum can work. You confirm you have the right to post it.
We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these terms or the community rules. Where it is practical we will say why.
OppsRP is not pay to win. Anything sold is cosmetic or a convenience and never an advantage in roleplay. Purchases grant a limited, revocable licence to use an in-game feature; they do not transfer ownership of anything, and in-game items and currency have no real-world value and cannot be cashed out. Statutory refund rights are unaffected.
We can suspend or remove access where the rules are broken. You can appeal through the appeals form and a member of staff will look at it.
This is a hobbyist community server. It is provided "as is", may go down, and may lose data. We do not promise it will always be available, and we are not liable for loss arising from downtime or data loss.
OppsRP is an independent community project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or Cfx.re. Grand Theft Auto V is the property of its respective owners.
These terms can change. Material changes will be announced on the forum. The date at the top tells you when this was last revised.
